In an interview with Fox News on Monday, Kevin Haysit, director of the US National Economic Council (NEC), said that US President Donald Trump is multiplied by something he knows and added that Trump will listen to the trading partners if they presented “really wonderful deals”.
“Trump will decide whether the commercial deals are great enough,” Hasit also explained that Trump spoke to world leaders during the weekend.
Market reaction
These comments do not seem to help the market mood to improve in a noticeable way. At the time of the press, the American stock index futures decreased between 2.6 % and 3.1 %.
