The Turkish protest, the opposition challenged the detention of the mayor of Istanbul

Thousands of Turks climbed the protests on Thursday despite the ban on street gatherings about what he called the inaccurate detention of the mayor of Istanbul, Akram Emamoglu, as the opposition sought to blame President Tayeb Erdogan.
Some demonstrators clashed with the police in Ankara, Izmir and Istanbul, including universities, and many headquarters in Istanbul after the authorities have set up the barricades that prevent several streets throughout the country.
This step against the famous mayor’s hats, which last for months on opposition figures who have been criticized as an attempt to politicize to harm their electoral horizons and oppose silence, denies the government.
In his first comments on detention, Erdogan rejected the opposition’s criticism as a “play” and “slogans” that the country had no time.
But in an interview, Ozjor Ozil, head of the main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP), which includes Imamoglu, said that Erdogan is afraid to confront the mayor in a vote and wanted to “get it out of the game” and cut his party’s relations with the city.
