Design and specifications

Designed by respected designer Espen Ueno, Olesya She has a sleek and elegant silhouette, making her one of the tallest ships to ever grace the seas. With a strong steel hull and lightweight aluminum superstructure, she will be built by the historic German shipyard Mayer Werft. Interior designs for Olesyacreated by the Italian company FM Architettura, promises five-star luxury. The yacht will feature 132 private residences, ranging in size from 1,216 to 10,000 square feet. These private residences include penthouses, family duplexes and apartments with one to six bedrooms. Each residence will feature elegant reception rooms, open-plan kitchens, private balconies and uninterrupted ocean views. Owners can choose from eight exquisite design options or customize their interiors.

Valued at approximately $1.5 billion and with a gross tonnage of 99,600 tons, Ulyssia promises a 2:1 crew-to-guest ratio with service levels that would be the envy of five-star hotels. The ownership model is similarly fascinating: instead of simply purchasing a suite, future residents will enjoy shared ownership of the freehold, entitling them to a real share in the ship’s long-term voyage.

Comforts and advanced technology

The on-board health centre, managed by Swiss experts Cheno, includes a state-of-the-art spa, a fitness center and a medical facility equipped with advanced tools such as X-ray, MRI and ultrasound. For foodies, the yacht will feature multiple restaurants with emerging and world-famous guest chefs. The gourmet market will offer local produce from the ship’s cruise areas, complemented by a well-stocked wine cellar…

A theatre, library, indoor pool, art studio and resident aquatics garage make up the entertainment options while outdoor decks will feature multiple lounges, swimming pools and a helipad with two resident helicopters.
