Brisbane’s woman has missed a desirable concert after a Ticketek account was subjected to her.
Emily bought eight tickets for Billy Elish’s parties – two tickets for both the four nights – but she discovered that tickets were stolen when I went to the place early to buy tourist goods.

“I wiped my ticket and said canceled,” Emily He said in Tiktok video.
“I thought,” this is a little strange. “
Then it was directed to the box office, where she discovered theft.
She said, “Every night was sold at Marketplace … they changed my details, but not all its details,” she said.
“They did not change my e -mail, like, I didn’t know – I still receive all emails for this event.”
Emily examined its application, but the tickets were still visible, so she did not realize that it had been changed to the name of another person.
She was amazed, but she found new tickets to buy and was still able to attend the ceremony.
Ticketek confirmed that Emily’s tickets were stolen and urged customers to change their passwords if they were arrested in any data violations elsewhere, with Australia now a “hot point” for hunting tanks.
A spokesman for “Ticketek on unauthorized access to some individual accounts through the accreditation data that were stolen as a result of the violations of the third party data.”
“We also would like to repeat that Ticketek accounts or individual data have not been hacked.”
Emily regained the costs of her stolen tickets.
Ticketek urged customers to submit a police report and contact customer service to prove the purchase if their tickets are stolen.
The spokesman said: “If the original ticket holder was able to prove that they originally bought tickets, their information was legally at risk, and the sale was fraudulent, and Ticketek will work with the customer to solve the problem.”
Ticketek continues to invest heavily in enhancing security measures for customers, including urging customers to increase their password complicated on their accounts.
“Ticketek also makes safety alerts like multiple factors for major account changes to ensure customer protection from bad actors.”
Emily’s video pushed others to check their own tickets – and some found that their tickets were in the name of another person.
“This is literally my fear,” one person commented.
Another person said: “I still check me every day because this is my fear.”
This comes after many Facebook accounts were at risk in Taylor Swift’s fraud of concerts last year, which prompted warnings from the National Center for Combating Fall in Australia.
The victims said that they responded to what appeared to be publications from people who know that they were providing tickets for sale, and in many cases they transferred the money before realizing that the other person’s account was at risk and tickets were not present.
Among the victims were ebony and her sister, who was “very excited” when a man announced that he had known tickets to one of Sydney’s concerts.
The sisters sent $ 600 for two tickets, then booked trips to Sydney at a cost of $ 1,200.
When their tickets did not arrive, the alarm bells began to ring.
Ebnos said: “We did not receive the tickets and we were confused because he said that the payment through Oska did not pass.”
“So, it is clear that my sister was really concerned because we have already booked the trips to Sydney.”
Soon they realized that the profile was hacked by a deception.
“It is clear that others have also been deceived by this person,” said Ebnos.
