Sydney girl is fighting for life after drowning in Edensor Park pond

A little girl fighting for life tonight after she has been consciously pulled from the pond of backyard.

Emergency services rushed to Edensor Park in West Sydney at 4:30 pm on Sunday afternoon after the child was discovered.

The girl at the primary school age was transferred to the Children’s Hospital in Westidad by the paramedics, where she remained on Sunday night in a critical condition.

Five ambulances, including the specialized intensive care unit, rushed to the scene to help revitalize the child.

Air bullets from the scene showed a number of police officers standing on the side of the house, cakes and inflatable pasta floating in the pool.

The police remained at the scene on Sunday night.

The investigation is underway.
