The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 703.27 points, or 1.65%, to 43,221.55 points, the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index gained 107.00 points, or 1.83%, to 5,949.91 points, and the Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 466.84 points, or 2.45%, to 19,511.23 points.
