Sony Pictures, Warner Bros. Advertise at Vegas Studio with Howard Hughes

Besides Howard Hughes Holdings, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Warner Bros. announced. Discovery on plans for a 31 -level global production facility in Las Vegas.
Depending on the passage and approval of the Association’s Bill 238, which is a tax studio credit legislation in Nevada, the project is expected to create tens of thousands of new jobs and has an economic impact for more than 3 billion dollars.

Part of a 100 -acre multi -use development, Summerin Studios will include a multi -use commercial village.
If AB 238 is passed, a hearing is scheduled for Thursday, the transferred tax credit will be available for Summerlin by July 2028 if the project is completed by obtaining time tax credits and has at least $ 400 of capital investments.
