A man was arrested for anger in the northwest of Sydney on Thursday afternoon.
Police claim that after 5 pm, a man left his car while stopping at traffic lights on Glossop Street at St Marys.
He is allegedly approaching another car, and destroying the side driver window with weapons.

Another driver-a 46-year-old man-did not get an accident.
Both drivers are unknown to each other.
One of the witnesses reported the accident in front of the Niban police area, which then started the investigation.
