Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday evening that Israel “resumed fighting with its full power” against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

In a challenging video statement, he warned that “negotiations will only continue under fire” and that “this is just a beginning.”

His comments came after Israeli aircraft fired huge air strikes against what the army said were Hamas targets in Gaza.
