She was happy to note that although her house was not livable, at least the main part of the house was “miraculously” standing strong. However, her family is still suffering from some losses as her husband lost his entire music studio due to the fire.

Mandy Moore recently shared some tragic photos of her Altadena home on Instagram, as the Los Angeles fire reduced large portions of it to ash. The singer evacuated her home earlier this week, then returned to check on it on Thursday. She and her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, went to check on their property. The couple were pleasantly surprised, as the main part of it was “still standing”.
The star pointed out that it was nothing short of a miracle. She explained that her house was “unfit for living” in any way. However, it was “mostly intact,” a blessing as many had their home burned to the ground. There is still some noticeable damage, as Moore and Goldsmith lost their garage and back house to the fire.
The singer touched on how everyone she knows lost almost everything to the wildfires. She also spoke of a “weird feeling of guilt” after seeing much of her home survive the fire. Mandy Moore also pledged to help her community rebuild from the Los Angeles fire. She indicated that she would provide support to the residents whenever she could.
In other news, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner recently revealed there have been at least 10 fire-related deaths. according to Fox NewsFive were caused by the Eaton Fire and two others by the Palisades Fire. However, the cause of death of the other three remains unclear. They are awaiting identification, which may take several weeks, as traditional means of identification may not be available for these cases.
