With an unprecedented return to the screen under his belt, Ke Huy Quan has a dream role that he hopes to land soon.
The Oscar winner recently revealed that he wanted to “play the bad guy” with 007 Franchise and Hugh Grant’s recent performance in Heretic As an inspiration for the kind of villainous role he portrays.
“I like to play the bad guy. Like a Bond villain. Or that kind of thing that Hugh Grant does HereticHe said empireAdding, “I want to get out of my comfort zone and play this really bad, devilish guy.” “That would be a lot of fun.”
Kwan also explained that he would like to venture outside the genre after years of choreographing stunts and fights for films such as X-Men (2000) and The one (2001).
“I don’t want to be seen as an action star,” Quan said. “I hope to be seen as an actor who does a good job. So I’ll take it one step at a time. The best part about being an actor is that you can play a variety of different characters. I love [Loki‘s] Ouroboros because it is completely different from [EEAAO‘s] Waymond, Waymond is very different from [Love Hurts‘] Marvin Gable.”
