Attention Sundancers: There’s a new place in Deer Valley to ski, drink, dine, and sleep.

The hotel features 436 rooms, with accommodations ranging from rooms, suites and luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, described as “contemporary design meets rustic charm,” according to Hyatt.

On-site dining options are the signature Remington Hall restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and views of the Jordanelle Reservoir (special dishes cited by the hotel range from bison tartare with cured egg yolk and truffle aioli to wild boar Bolognese); Cocktails and snacks are the haven of Hidden Ace Speakeasy, which hosts “live performances by local legends” and sips of whiskey; The Living Room, an afternoon experience with a fireplace and signature “High Chocolate” offering offered as afternoon tea service, complemented by s’mores, cookies, chocolate snowballs and other baked goods; and Double Blacks, where convenience meets café serving more hot chocolate, spiced apple cider and menu items like truffle cheesecake and croque monsieur.
