WGA Awards Nominations
The Writers Guild said in a statement, citing Deadline, that they will postpone the release of their annual nominations for the WGA Awards from January 9 to January 13. Nominees through Monday, January 13, 2025,” the WGA West and WGA East said in a statement.

The 2025 Academy Awards nominations announcement day has been postponed from Friday, January 17, to Sunday, January 19. According to the letter issued by Academy CEO Bill Kramer, the voting window on nominations has been extended by two days. It will now close on January 14th.
