“Hokey”, is illogical and magical as it was always

Jenot Sazuark has always preserved “somewhere at the time” (1980) on this continuous presence in my life, mostly because it is the only movie that can make my mother cry.

In fact, even the film was mentioned to show the trick. I used to add my mom to an end around this movie. Now, I am no longer fortified. In fact, I admire, like the main Christopher of the countryside, it took many years.

He begins “somewhere in time” in 1972, when Richard Collier, the theater writer who has the success of the opening night in his latest production. In the outskirts of an elderly woman, it is immediately attracted to Richard.

She goes directly to him and says: “Go back to me.” It is the opening match completely.

Years later, Richard is making a trip to the Grand Hotel Hotel, located on McKinak Island, Michigan, a real place (more about it later). While searching for a continuous work, he coincided with a picture of a wonderful woman and died for a long time, which he learned was once Elise McCina.

Eliz was a famous actress on the stage in the early twentieth century, and Richard could not stop staring at the end in her framed image at the Grand Hotel Museum.

We get it: Elise Jin Simore is illuminated.

Richard’s research allows the way for a comprehensive obsession. A conversation indicates an opportunity on the possibility of traveling through time, as well as some wonderful events to support theory, that the old woman at the beginning of the movie was not just a group.

Using painstaking hypnosis, Richard is able to return in time and face Elise before taking the fateful photo (wonderful and wonderful moment). Richard has two very real problems: in order to keep himself again in time, he cannot think of anything contemporary, the third wheel that changes Eliz’s director and control (the leader of Christopher Plammer).

Reef, who was looking for a young and beautiful (made this immediately after his first “Superman” duty is the main reason behind the preservation of this irrational love story. Another big reason is John Barry’s points – even before it reaches its famous theme, Barry’s composition is experienced.

There are more shots that stare in the image of Seymour more than the movie knows what to do, but the Barry degree, which makes a lot of dramatic heavy upload, keeps Swarzoc’s feeling that it is honest instead of unintentionally.

“Somewhere in time” he has in both directions-it is a warning story about being diluted by the past, but also a fantasy to revive the desire about the way Koller gradually realizes that time will always bring him together with the love of his life.

Szwarc movie is slow but sweet and not only increases Barry’s contribution, but “RHAPSODY RHAPSODY on Paganini theme”. The film is a pleasure to listen to it.

This is a beautiful, serious and beautiful movie. Everything is simple and uncomplicated in its goals. It is also among the most concept films to travel through time. The scenario of Richard Mattison is based on his novel in 1975, “The Return of Time”.

It is easy to communicate with the film’s affection, while science fiction is the weight of the feather at best.

A snapshot of a countryside that is reflected in the image of Simmour is the key here. It is a visually beautiful metaphor (our minds are deeply bound by those who have gone) but it is ridiculous and half at a literal level. Remember that Richard uses the tape recorder and frequent phrases to return in time.

In comparison, a sporty car is much more logical.

Richard is not used by time to prevent global wars from occurring, prevent human suffering, or invest in future technology. No, he wants to continue to stare at the Simore gene.

Anyone who arose to watch “Dr. Queen, Woman of Medicine” can associate. For everyone, it may be very satirical for this movie.

John Barry’s degree is beautiful as one remembers but also opposes absurdity. When we continue to cut into another scene of a countryside staring at the image of Simore, the music enlarges and informed us that this is supposed to be a romantic longing, not creeping remotely.

“Somewhere in time” it seems that it should be at least 10 minutes longer. There is no follow -up with Plummer in the third verb, and it is not reflected in how the present is affected by the past, regardless of what we have already learned from the first verb.

If there is a major factor about the reason for this crystal drama completely, it is a countryside. When the character returns to his time, it is permanently sad. A countryside transmits this with this condemnation, and I found that irony has declined.

The actor enthusiastically committed to the role that was Superman.

Seymour managed to make her character a little more than just a conspiracy device, although there is not enough explanation for the Machiavellian rate that she shares with Plummer.

However, Plammer, who plays Rasputin/Salieri, can do a lot through a simple look or turning, his personality intimidates the way he usually keeps for the frank wicked or whenever Captain Von Trapping connects children via a whistle.

Plummer can be very intense by not being completely (note how this also does this in 1978 “silent partner”) and speaks coldly and left behind Reeve, you can only help you.

Chemistry is compensated between the countryside and Simmour for the trick of the puppy of romance. A long sequence of their first history plays with a boat, horse and transportation, such as a sarcastic simulation of a similar montage from “The Dreake Gun” (1988).

There are many questions that this raises when it ends, like why ELISE takes a long time to find Richard later, how can one focus only mentally in the past while traveling through time (the seventies song will not stumble in Richard’s head at some point?)

Matheson photography of Richards’s trip is a reflection on the pain of separation from the past.

“Somewhere in time” is about the loss. Contrary to the imagination of fulfillment of wishes “returning to the future” (1985), or even spying “TENET” (2020), the idea here is that if you lose someone once, then travel through time will only allow one to try that shock twice.

Hence the phenomenon of “12 monkeys” (1995), where we do not realize how we face fate until it is too late and it is impossible to return.

While the past/future contradiction and imagination that the desires contemplate (The Notebook “(2004) ultimately leads to the best happy end that the scenario can allow, the movie Szwarc concludes in a much heavier way.

I never went to McKinak Island, where the film mostly happens, but I contacted a hotel representative in 2012, when I was collecting data for the kidney thesis paper. I spoke to a friendly hotel salad that made it clear to me that the tourism created by the film was still strong.

I have also learned about Insite, an acronym for the international network somewhere in time.

I am now in an era where the aspects of “somewhere in time” that I used to find it unintentionally. I am not staring at the old photos as the character of a countryside does, but I often surprised the pictures and souvenirs that I face moved me to a moment that I will never return to.

I also find talking to my mother about a different experience today. In fact, hearing it talks about the movie today makes me cry.

My mom will speak enthusiastically the time that passed, and the loss of herself as Arthur C. You remember a great emotion, a person who was not alive for several decades.

I get it, as I do now the same when I describe the main characters of my daughter, wife, or anyone who will listen. Remembering someone has long and remembering the affectionate details about it is a small way to keep them alive.

This is what is going on around “somewhere in time”.

The sad facts and rich emotions of the film have finally caught me. I think it is time to fill in Insite membership.
