Hina Munawar, a police officer who has a strong background in security and operations, was named as the first manager of the team for the Pakistani men’s cricket team before the Champions Cup. Munawar, who served at the border in the SWAT region at risk, was appointed as the Tri-Nation Operations Manager in Pakistan and the Champions Cup that begins on February 19 in Karachi. While the retired bureaucrators of Akram Cheema will continue as the team’s manager, the appointment of Munawar has caused curiosity among cricket fans, experts and the media.
After passing the Civil Supreme Services Exam, Monawar moved to various law enforcement and security roles.
A source close to the Pakistani Cricket Council (PCB) said: “Perhaps its appointment aims to simplify the operations within the team and between the players and the council, as it worked in strategic and leadership roles, which helps to simplify the various operations.”
Munawar, who joined PCB last year, was appointed director of the 19 -year -old Bakistan Ladies team in the Asian Cup.
The source added: “I made history as the first officer in the province at the border in Swat, and breaking the gender barriers in a traditionally dominated male field.”
It is understood that the chlorine -chlorine vinyl president, Muhsin Naqafi, brought Monawar to the council to secession, as it is still part of Pakistan’s police service.
The multi -chlorine vinyl is aimed at simplifying the management of the team and creating a more organized and effective environment, while appointing new views of the traditional preparation that focuses on training and dominated by males.
