Emirates news report: Expo 2020 Dubai achieved a remarkable milestone, reaching 20 million visits on March 19 – an astonishing achievement that makes history against the odds while bringing the world together in the UAE in the largest global gathering since the start of the pandemic.
Showing tremendous resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges, this largest event ever in the Arab world brings together unparalleled cultural, educational and entertainment experiences, as 192 countries come together to showcase the best that their countries have to offer.
World leaders, cutting-edge innovations, sporting champions, Grammy Award-winning artists, stunning architecture, Arab stars, innovative forums, world-class cuisine, and the guarantee of something new and amazing every day, are among the approximately 32,000 events and countless attractions in the area. The first World Expo, Expo 2020 pushed Dubai to achieve this huge milestone.
