Robert Perry filed the lawsuit on November 13, accusing Aaron of not fulfilling promises he made about cancer treatment to Robert’s late wife, Elena Catciola Bell. Sadly, Elena passed away from cancer in May 2024 after undergoing treatment at Quantum 360 the previous year.
Elena was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019. It is a rare cancer that affects bones and soft tissue. Desperate for help, she turned to Aaron’s Q360 Club in 2023 to receive stem cell treatment. Robert claims that Aaron promised that the treatment would “cure or at least get better.” [Katsioula-Beall’s] condition.” He even boasted of a “98 percent success rate.” Furthermore, Robert claims that Aaron guaranteed that if the treatment didn’t work, he would refund half of the $126,000 they paid.

The recording continued: “On May 21, 2024, Mrs. Catsiola Bell succumbed to her illness and passed away. On June 28, 2024, Mr. Perry spoke with [Phypers] By phone, he admitted the debt but made a series of excuses for not paying the $63,000.
Robert, who is requesting a jury trial, accuses Aaron of aggravating his wife’s condition and causing additional hardship. He claims in the lawsuit that Aaron’s actions were “despicable” and were done without any regard for the situation they were actually going through.
Aaron has not yet responded legally to the lawsuit. Neither he nor Dennis commented on the matter. Google lists its Q360 Club as “permanently closed.”
