The Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) has not announced the central contract list for this year so far and according to a report issued by Dainik Jagran, it can have some great news for the members of the Indian crochet team. The report claimed that the discussions related to the central BCCI contracts will be held during the prominent meeting on March 29 in Johi. While the Indian test of the test against England will be a top priority at the meeting, the central contracts are also on the agenda. The report also said that “the choice committee is divided into the future of some of the adult stars in India” and that the new list may bear surprises for the likes of Firat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravenra Gadiga. He added that the future of the stars will become more clear after the announcement.
Earlier, a report from the Times of India, the Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Rifindra Jadiga may end in their A+ Class A.
The report claimed that players who excel in all three formats are granted a preference for the A+ class and that the triple retirement of T20 format has a complicated matter.
The report added that the central contracts are generally announced before the Indian Premier League (IPL), but BCCI decided to wait until the end of the Champions Cup.
However, it can mean a good show in the Champions Cup that the three can keep the upper level of the central contracts. The only Cricket player with a A+ contract is Jasprit Bumrah, but it seems that there are no problems with his position.
According to the report, Ereas Air is expected to be awarded a central contract after being ignored last year due to disciplinary issues. The mixture has made a great performance in the Champions Cup and will definitely enhance the local circle.
“The council will wait for the Rohit decision after the Champions Cup. If it chooses any opportunity for retirement, the council will witness what to do.
